Nathan is a local from Front Royal that graduated at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree in May of 2016. During his time as a student, Nathan focused on the life of the material and the qualities each material contributes to the architecture as a whole, while specializing in the crafting of large scale models. Attention to detail was apparent in each project through these models, drawings done by hand, and computer generated designs. While living out of a suitcase for two and a half months and traveling from town to town in Europe, Nathan was able to study a vast array of the architectural spectrum ranging from ancient to modern and experience the culture of each country visited first-hand.
Nathan has experience working in the construction field where he was able to saw lumber for timber frames and assist in the building of board-form concrete walls. When not in the office, Nathan enjoys studying the angles found on a billiards table and playing disc golf.
